Dinsmore is seeking a motivated individual who wants an entry level position in a dynamic team, is enthusiastic, keen to learn and can think critically. The role will provide support for a range of activities undertaken by the team, including assistance with client programs and client reporting, business development pitches and presentations, engagement with audiences on social media, events and maintaining the firm’s website. Training in the use of reporting and customer relationship management tools and a range of other skills will be provided. ResponsibilitiesWorking with the events team to produce invitations for events and assisting with their distribution. Creating and sending client alerts.Providing on-the-ground assistance with major events. Working with the proposals team to ensure that content used in proposals is kept updated.Assisting with images for the firm’s website, social media posts and other campaigns, including posting images and events on the website.Scheduling and then processing and uploading attorney photographs. Researching current clients and future targets to support efforts to win work, and generating reports using research tools.Assisting with the creation and editing of external presentations for events, sponsorships, conferences and client presentations.Creative support for collateral and marketing material.Managing the distribution of sports and entertainment related tickets.Internal charitable campaign execution.CLE accreditation support. Assistance with mailing lists, data change management and targeting for client development initiatives. Other duties as required to support the work of the team. RequirementsUndergraduate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or Marketing or equivalent work experienceGood judgment and an ability to make well-reasoned independent decisionsGood listening, written and verbal communications skillsCapable of fully implementing projects to completionSelf-starter with high levels of initiative, proactivity and drive
