WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP Dinsmore is seeking a Jr. HRIS Analyst at our Cincinnati, OH location. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the daily operations of the Human Resources, Systems and Accounting Departments. This position will provide HRIS support and analytics to the Dinsmore HR team, including system administration, data integrity, technology project support, and reporting. The Jr. HRIS Analyst will be a member of the Systems Department and will report to the Director of Data & Digital Services. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR data audit processes to ensure data integrity for all HR systems, including Dayforce and internal databases.Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamlining existing HR business processesCompile and format data files for mass uploadsRun and analyze reports and craft custom/ad hoc reports as neededCollaborate with various HR functional areas, Payroll, and IT department on system change management, data audits, and HR data processingAudit and validate data, research discrepancies and correct errorsGenerally support and back up the Sr. HRIS Analyst on all projects, maintenance and initiativesOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience in HRIS or HR Technology roleStrong analytical/problem solving skillsExperience working on HRIS project implementationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint)Ability to maintain discretion and work with sensitive/confidential subject matter requiredDemonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detailProven success as a positive team player, as well as a proactive, independent workerLaw firm or service industry experience preferred
