Major wholesale importer of home décor located in NYC seeks experienced Accounts Payable. Onsite position with the below responsibilities:

Duties:
- Process high volume accounts payable transactions such as vendors, suppliers, commissions, and T&E payments accurately and timely
- Verify discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements
- Maintain historical records by filing documents
- GL coding and reclass
- Credit Cards reconciliations

-Other tasks as needed such as audit assistance, month end closing, and etc .....

Must be organized, attention to details, excellent communication and follow up skills, knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat are required. Comfortable learning new system and have adequate computer knowledge to identify fraud and virus emails.
