Brief Description
Under the direction of the Director of Global Sales & Customer Service, the Midwest Key Account Manager will drive the activity associated with the organization's key customers in region as well as participate in a variety of business critical activities that insure that financial and other stated goals are met. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and problems, generating orders and driving new product development to increase market share.
