Primary Accountabilities
*Takes ownership of initiative analysis and delivers that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance.
*Manages and operates a wide variety of analytical programs.
*Lead the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms.
*Supports and executes the analytical needs of throughout the enterprise.
*Assist in the development of sales plans, reforecast and expense budgets as requested.
*Processes, manipulates, and investigates large and complex datasets.
*Explores data to identify new attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.
*Develops tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
*Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
*Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis
*Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports
*Understanding of software tools to query and report data
