Recovery Center of Tennessee, LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Memphis, TN
The Recovery Center of Tennessee is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who can fulfill the role of providing support as part of our mobile treatment service team. The Administrative Assistant provides staff/unit support on an administrative level and must possess writing skills, Microsoft office knowledge, Google business suite knowledge, excellent organization, ability to analyze information, professionalism, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
This position requires a strong knowledge of appropriate personal and clinical boundaries, a consistently positive attitude, and the ability to deal with fluid situations in a positive manner.
Job Duties:
Provides a clean environment (i.e. stocking pantries, disposal of trash, and general office cleanup)
Attends all required staff meetings, in-service training, and educational workshops.
Writing clear and concise shift reports at the end of each shift, summarizing the events that occurred
Ability to intervene if in the event that the client(s) exhibit behavior changes.
Identify crisis and report sentinel events directly to the Program Director
Fully understands and maintains all company policies and procedures. Staff will abide by all policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality.
Updates office inventory with the Program Director weekly.
Attends weekly Administrative Meetings with Program Director.
Works with the Program Director in coordinating outreach activities for program participants (only if safe per COVID guidelines)
Completes all intake paperwork and follow-up documentation. Assists in Medical Records requests and outreach follow up.
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Clinical Team including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Facilitates internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Answering Phones and take messages
Support other locations if needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Will conduct daily audits for Program Director.
Assists Management Staff as needed
Performs any other additional duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalency required.
Must have one-year full-time experience working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities and/or chemical dependency.
