The Onboarding and Implementation Specialist is tasked with supervising the systems and procedures for onboarding new agents, as well as aiding new associates in rebranding and implementation efforts. Key responsibilities include organizing and disseminating invitations for events, and overseeing social media content for Company Updates, Kickoff, and Mid-Year events. Additionally, this role encompasses managing recognition and success programs for agents across various communication channels, maintaining documentation and reports for agent and company Errors & Omissions (E&O) claims, and administering the company's internal app and website. This includes ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of the company roster. The specialist is also responsible for training new hires in brand management, collaborating with senior leadership to support all areas, contributing as a collaborative team member, and aiding in developing and updating project plans to guarantee the successful execution of programs. A critical aspect of this position is evaluating the effectiveness of programs and systems, and making adjustments to foster growth.
