We offer an integrated payments solutions to manage to process a high volume of payments flowing through the software at a retail or wholesale level.

Job Summary:

As our Payment Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for new payment customers that have completed the sales process and need to implement their new payment software and hardware. You will take a proactive approach to oversee the onboarding of payment customers and ensure their success. You will make sure they are trained, set up, and supported with our payment platform. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to maintain the trust of our clients, provide excellent customer service, and get the Merchant enabled to take transactions from their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new payment customers during the onboarding process.
• Proactively engaging customers using phone, SMS, and email channels to expedite the enablement process to get merchants set up to take transactions
• Will guide new payment customer through the payment application and be able to answer any questions that may arise
• Setup and troubleshoot hardware during the onboarding process

• Collaborate with other teams within the company to improve the customer experience and identify areas for process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies related to payment processing, and share insights and recommendations with the broader team.
• Help create and maintain onboarding materials and resources for new customers.

Requirements:

• This is a full-time, long-term job requiring weekday hours (8-hour shifts).

• Ability to handle a diverse workload in a high-pressure environment.

Salary:

$50-60k plus commission
