• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
• Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner
• Update customers on work performed or general questions
• Answer and transfer phone calls 
• Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Run miscellaneous errands

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Proficient knowledge in computer skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook or Google Workspace Programs
