Blossom Colors provides their clients with immaculate service as well as astounding results for personal and commercial properties . We are now searching for an Administrative Assistant that aligns with our goals.

Qualification Requirements :

* Knowledgable and experienced in : Quickbooks, 365 Microsoft , Excel, Word, & Internet

*1 year experience: Filling, Email Dictation & confirmation, Scheduling, Invoice creating & managing.

*1 year experience in Payroll and staffing

* Bilingual: English & Spanish

*Vehicle Transportation is required - for occasional job site inspection

* Fast pace worker, Organized, and multitasking abilities

* Eligible to work in the state of Florida ID and SS#

** MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CONSTRUCTION SETTING (KNOW VERBAGE, ESTIMATE, INVOICING)**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
