Job Responsibilities :

• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, expense reporting, and other financial tasks for the CFO and the Accounting Department.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and databases for the CFO and the Accounting Department.
• Keep facilities agreements up to date (e.g. inspections, maintenance schedules).
• Front Desk / Receptionist
• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
• Perform related duties as assigned
