R&D Construction and Roofing is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Miami, FL

Our family-owned and operated business values strong relationships and recognizes the power of aligning vision with great people. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team to new heights. This role requires a balance of overseeing a sales team and developing new business. If you are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excel at building relationships, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee sales functions for the Construction and Roofing Divisions
  • Arrange meetings with decision makers to review construction and roofing sales opportunities
  • Conduct site visits for sales team to monitor and teach
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews for sales team and develop plans for unfavorable KPI numbers
  • Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis
  • Set up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients
  • Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts
  • Plan and oversee onboarding for new team members
  • Forecast leads, estimates, and sales by tracking and analyzing KPI
  • Develop and implement Sales Training Procedures for Sales team
  • Attend trade shows and actively participate in local organizations
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the Sales team

Qualifications

  • 5 years selling with at least 2 years managing sales team
  • 3 years minimum of B2B selling experience with a heavy emphasis in solution selling
  • Record of success with sales cycle from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability in the Client Journey- both to company and client
  • Demonstrated history of business development relationships
  • Track record of developing a successful sales team
