Cultivate sales by phone, text, and email
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Manage a calendar of appointments
Reviewing client files to formulate hypothetical strategies customized for each client
Calling clients to enroll them in our Debt resolution program
Upselling client to add unforeseen debts (i.e spouse / unreported debt)
Math calculations
Reviewing financial documents
Using computers, checking emails, downloading / uploading documents
Learn how to combat objections w / professional rebuttals
Multiple system competency
Client retention and NSF calls
Following up with clients via text, email & phone
Updating client profiles in CRM
Scheduling follow up appointments
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
This position requires a basic knowledge of finance, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills.
