ProPharma Distribution is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

ProPharma Distribution, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Inside Sales Representatives. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our mission of providing quality pharmaceutical products and services. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 75 calls per day, including cold calling to new prospects and warm calling to past/existing customers.
  • Generate new accounts and review job-specific details such as new products, backorders, allocations, and shortages.
  • Meet work ethic drivers, including opening new accounts, product diversity in sales, talk time goals, and account retention.
  • Manage accounts by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales, prospecting for leads, and assisting in accounts receivable.
  • Utilize various platforms such as Google, Acumatica, and LinkedIn for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supporting departments, including accounting, operations, purchasing, and warehouse.

Applicant Education and Competencies:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
  • Follow our business casual dress code.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to multitask in a busy call center environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and technical adaptability.
  • Self-driven and motivated with the ability to develop positive relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Desire to work in a high-performance environment with a focus on continuous growth and achievement.
