About the Role
The Company is in search of a Global Partner and Alliance Vice President, a key leadership role with a focus on building and leading global partners and alliances to monetize relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the partner ecosystem and channel network on a global scale. This includes driving revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and strengthening the company's position as a market leader in software solutions. The role involves achieving global partner and alliance sales bookings and revenue quota, collaborating with senior leadership on partnership strategy, and leading efforts in partner recruitment and onboarding. The VP will also design and manage GPA programs, incentives, and promotions, identify new market opportunities, and work with the partner enablement team to deliver training and certification programs.Applicants for this position should possess strong leadership, planning, execution, budget management, and coaching skills. The role requires the ability to negotiate complex business matters at senior levels, build effective working relationships both internally and externally, and have a strategic ability to plan ahead and create actionable plans. Experience in sales team management, partner management, end-user relations, decision-making, and conflict management is essential. A Bachelor's degree in a business or IT related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Global business travel of approximately 25 percent yearly is expected. Knowledge of the company's products and software pricing practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
