About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for Smallwares. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and leading the smallwares sales team, with a focus on managing and growing sales efforts in the smallwares market. This role requires the development and implementation of sales strategies that align with company goals, leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets, and building strong relationships with key customers and vendors. The Vice President of Sales will also be responsible for identifying market trends, expanding the smallwares product line, and ensuring a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction by collaborating with other departments.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the smallwares market with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role also demands the ability to analyze market data, identify trends and opportunities, and a willingness to travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events. Experience with contracts and projects is a plus.
