The Human Resources Manager provides leadership, guidance, and direction into the HR practices of the company. As a one-person HR generalist, the position leads the Human Resources function for the organization to include but not limited to culture and engagement initiatives, policies and procedures, staffing and recruitment, comp and benefits, leadership development, legal compliance and employee relations. Pristine Auction offers a fun work environment where employees have connection with each other.
