Outbound Support SpecialistSummary/Objective:As an Outbound Support Specialist at Pristine Auction, you will play a versatile role in assisting with outbound logistics, supporting services and marketing, and aiding in various operational tasks. This position is pivotal in maintaining the smooth functioning of outbound activities and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Essential Functions:Outbound Logistics Assistance:

• Help in the accurate pulling and preparation of items for shipping.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatching outbound orders.
• Maintain an organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient operations.

Support Services and Marketing:

• Assist with pickups and handling item requests for services and marketing departments.
• Coordinate effectively with various teams to fulfill specific operational needs.

Operational Support:

• Contribute to supply organization and warehouse cleanup.
• Be adaptable and ready to assist with various production needs across departments.

Work Environment:This position operates in a dynamic warehouse setting, requiring interaction with a range of equipment and adherence to safety standards.
Physical Demands:Requires frequent lifting of objects up to 30 pounds, along with regular standing, bending, and walking.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time role, with standard hours from Monday to Friday. Flexibility in hours may be needed based on operational requirements.
Required Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
