Job Details: The HR Manager at CCS is a critical partner to the leaders and employees at our branches to help drive culture, engagement, employee satisfaction and retention. This position plays a key support role in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are communicated, implemented properly and consistently at all stages of the employee life cycle. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people, can build relationships, connect with others at all levels and a servant leader.   • Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding workers' compensation.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support in handling employee relations matters.
  • Coach and guide managers in effective people management practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment across teams.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to minimize workplace injuries and improve overall employee safety.
  • Partner with employees, supervisors, and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other personal files.
  • Facilitate effective communication in support of Spanish-speaking employees across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in an HRBP role with similar responsibilities.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing workers' compensation processes.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team setting.
  • Experience in employee relations and change management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
