The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing employee relations counsel, facilitating talent acquisition efforts, and maintaining a culture of safety to attract, retain and develop organizational talent. The HR Generalist partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations. This person will serve as the point-of-contact for workers' compensation, and unemployment, and facilitate the timely and accurate processing of stay and exit interviews companywide.
