Position Title: Finance/Business Manager

Compensation: $100,000- $220,000 per year, paid weekly
Job Summary:
Porsche of Brooklyn is seeking a Finance/Business Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our dealership. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and maximizing the finance and insurance portion of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and business management, with excellent communication and sales skills. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all finance and insurance aspects of the dealership, including vehicle financing, insurance products, and aftermarket products
- Work with sales team to secure financing for customers and achieve monthly goals
- Offer and sell insurance and aftermarket products to customers to enhance their vehicle ownership experience
- Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to finance and insurance
- Train and mentor sales team on finance and insurance processes and products
- Provide excellent customer service and establish lasting relationships with customers
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and profitability targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and business management, preferably in the auto industry
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, Good with customers and employees.... GREAT ATTITUDE A MUST!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of Porsche vehicles and brand is a plus
