Our client is looking for a full-time contractor Business Analyst position located in Brooklyn and surrounding New York (on-site). They have a constant increased need for the provision of full systems life cycleapplications development on various computer platforms, including a variety ofclient eligibility and recertification systems, employment/work engagementservices, claims systems, etc., that are critical to the operation andfunctioning of key programs, requiring periodic refinements to maintain the applications at optimum servicelevels. Having a project portfolio which properly reflects the user’s businessneeds and customer's workload is crucial.
- Conduct and Implement Testing of application
- Develop test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct QA testing and acceptance between staff, developers, andstakeholders.
- Coordinate QA testing and acceptance between QA staff, developers, andstakeholders.
- Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to supportapplication development.
- Develop business and technical requirements
- Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements asrequired.
- Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverablefunctionality.
- Review the requirements with the stakeholders for their approval.
- Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
- Analyze and document current systems and processes as currentlyimplemented.
- Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
- Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers,developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to specand on time.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in Business Analysis tools such as : JIRA, Balasamiq& MS Visio.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience working and coordinating with the Technicalteams in documenting business and functional requirements.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in overseeing project deliverables.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in designing the Data model and applicationPrototypes.
