Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the financial health of our organization and play a key role in strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, investments, and financial reporting.

- Develop financial strategies and plans for long-term financial goals

- Conduct risk analysis and advise on investment opportunities

- Lead the budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial regulations

- Oversee the payroll system to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, tax deductions, and compliance with government regulations.

- Interpret financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions

- Conduct cash flow analysis and optimize cash management strategies

- Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus

- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and corporate finance

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, risk analysis, and cash flow management

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a finance team

- Proficiency in financial report writing and interpretation

- Bilingual mandarin is preferred
