Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Building Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily tasks with a crew of cleaning techs. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise as a leader and a deep understanding of the commercial cleaning industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of cleaners (including hiring, training, and evaluating) on a daily basis
• Monitoring supplies and equipment on hand
• Perform cleaning tasks along with other cleaners
• Ensure staffing and budget requirements are met
• Maintaining timely and ongoing communication with the customers, staff and management.
• Responsible for approving payroll of the staff.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Building Supervisor or similar roles in the commercial cleaning industry.
2. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
6. Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
7. Valid driver's license.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
