Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the surgery center to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
- Manage and coordinate staff including nurses, surgical technicians and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage the center's budget.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with current license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management in a surgical care setting.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for surgery centers.
