Regional Director of Business Office- East Region

  • This person will support the Business Office Managers in Touchstone's East Region, which includes 7 communities in the following cities: Tyler. Gonzales, Tomball, North Houston/Cypress, Porter/Humble, and West Houston.
  • The ideal candidate will reside within the greater Houston, TX area and able to travel 3-4 days per week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, develop and mentor Business Office Managers (BOMs) to include assistance in hiring and onboarding of all BOMs.
  • Develop and maintain standardized business office processes, documentation standards and electronic systems compliance.
  • Collaborate with CSO and operations regional team to optimize processes and business office results.
  • Collaborate, provide technical expertise and support operations during business office transitions and Community openings.
  • Support BOMs and lead communication strategies during internal and third-party audits evaluating business office functions.
  • Review and audit business office functions and provide comprehensive assessments and/or performance plan recommendations.
  • Oversee and review resident trust fund reconciliation process and perform routine comprehensive compliance audits.
  • Active involvement in collections strategies by community providing industry specific guidance and collection tactics.
  • All private pay (includes applied income & co-insurance) collections at 99%
  • Development and maintenance of training and resource material for community business office functions
  • Zero deficiencies on community trust fund audits and on time monthly trust fund reconciliations
  • Turnover of business office function team members is within company leadership goal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Regional Business Office Manager in the skilled nursing industry is required.
