Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and Partners, Pindrop is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the charge at the forefront of the sales process. The BDR team serves the crucial functions of qualifying inbound leads, prospecting through existing accounts and generating pipeline. The BDR team is a critical element of the marketing organization and a bridge to the sales team. The BDR manager will lead the BDR team and be responsible for hitting overall team goals. In addition to managing a team, they are also responsible for overseeing sales pipeline growth.
