- Strong knowledge of critical business systems like Salesforce, Atlassian, Microsoft tools
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong change management skills
- Experience in transactional, inside sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of sales experience or equivalent.
- 1 years of sales leadership experience or equivalent.
- Experience motivating and optimizing the talents of historically high performing sales professionals
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives
- Develop sales strategy and execution plans for joint GTM initiatives with key CPG, association, and co-op partners
- Roll out best-in-class sales methodologies and training development programs for the broader SMB retail sales organization
- Work cohesively with cross-functional department leaders
- Present metric-driven performance summaries and forecasts to leadership
- Foster an environment of growth and top production
- Optimize sales systems for improved efficiency
