Position Summary
Interact with Sales Staff and Customers through the entire sales/quoting process. Monitor ship dates, track orders through manufacturing and ones that have been shipped, collect payments, and handle any customer service issues.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·Sales support for sales team
·Prepare Quotes using Salesforce Software
·Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
·Maintain custom records by updating account information
· Filtering CRM software to provide accurate and detailed information.
·Check orders from sales representatives for errors.
·Prepare shipping documents and shipping approvals from customers.
·Handle Certificates of Insurance and other documents needed by sales team.
· Calculate freight rates
·Handle compliance with Management Company programs.
· Being familiar with sales tax for different states.
