Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry of customer information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Multilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly desirable
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
