RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
• Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
• Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
• Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
• Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
• Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
• Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
• Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality and discretion when working with customer information
• Display a high level of initiative, curiosity, and creative thinking.
• Have experience and/or knowledge of the energy industry.
• Have prior Data Entry or Administrative experience.
• Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Have experience operating basic office equipment.
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
