Japanese semiconductor is looking for experience HR manager. This position is responsible for managing a variety of HR administration functions including payroll, accounting support, Hiring, maintenance and establish new policies, day-to-day HR management for the company's offices in US, Germany and Ireland.

Requirement
:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • More than 10 years of previous work experience in HR or a similar position.

Skill:

  • Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Basic Math Skills, Communications (Oral & Written), Dependability/Reliability, Initiative/Follow Through, Listening & Understanding, Diplomacy, Confidentiality, Multitasking, Office Management, Planning & Organizing, Supervisory, Team Work.

Main duties:

1) Human Resources Management

  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Administers and maintains records of the Company’s benefit program including 401k plan, medical/dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, etc.
  • Administers human resources management program including compensation, performance management, training, recruiting and hiring, and disciplinary and termination.
  • Reviews and ensures accurate payrolls.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Represents the Company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

• Handles employees’ inquiries in regards to the Company’s policies, procedures; investigates employee complaints. • Coordinates immigration matters for both US, German and Ireland branch employees.

  • Support immigration matters for HQ engineers and ensure their safety during their visits in our territory.
  • Prepares and files various reports and taxes related to employment; ensures timely filing.


2) Management & Supervisory

  • Monitors and reviews employees’ work activities through individual meetings, departmental and group meetings to ensure that all activities are proceeding smoothly as planned.
  • Motivates, develops and mentors employees for improved job performance.
  • Controls and approves employees’ time off schedules and overtime work.
  • Conducts hiring interviews, performance reviews, and disciplinary meetings and makes departmental personnel decision through consultation of senior management.
  • Follows company policies and procedures regarding management duties.


3)
Other & Miscellaneous

  • Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned by Company management.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.

• Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution. • Maintains good communication with supervisors, other staff members, customers and others.

  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
