As the Administrative Assistant to a growing company, you are expected to conform to change easily, take initiative on staff related needs and be the peoples champion. We are looking for candidates who have an upbeat personality, who can rally a team of remote and onsite staff to accomplish and participate in a variety of activities. Who can work creatively and prioritize their time. Most importantly, someone who can be trusted with sensitive information.
Our Administrative Assistant will report to the HR Manager and assist the Executive Coordinator. They will manage the employee facing duties and assist as needed with a variety of projects including but not limited to hiring, assisting with our annual conference, podcast and creation of marketing materials.
This is an hourly position with a scheduled 20 hours per week.
