Description:

Assisting manager with updating data to track the project, assisting with budgeting for projects, heavy excel data entry, sending out invoices, follow up with customers, providing all administrative support to manager as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in basic math

• Ability to review purchase order language to verify invoices comply with the agreement

• Basic computer skills

• Excel

• Organization

• Verbal communication

• Fast learner
