The Position:
As the Manager, Human Resources at Panorama Eyecare, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best eyecare. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values Partnership, Engagement, Excellence, and Stewardship. Together, we create an environment where mutual respect is at the forefront, equipping you with the tools, training, and empowerment necessary to excel in your role.
The successful Manager, Human Resources will serve as a HR business partner dedicated to supporting employees at 17 locations across the Panorama Eyecare platform. This position collaborates with the HR team regarding HR compliance, compensation, performance management, HRIS administration, compensation, employee relations, training, and leadership development. This role reports to the Vice President, Human resources and partners closely with the Employee Engagement Manager and Payroll and Benefits Manager to execute the overall goals of the HR department.
