Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to provide accurate information and resolve issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply ( SPANISH )
