Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and promote new offers
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer service goals
Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products/services is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
