Mandi Foods/EFD Associates is a 60 year old Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia & Ohio Food Distributer and Foodservice Broker. We are the exclusive sales agents for 35 food manufacturers from all over the country and the world. We sell to nationally based wholesale foodservice distributors like Gordon Foodservice, Reinhart, Sysco and US Foodservice, as well as regional distributors like Aldo’s, Nappie’s and Pennsylvania Macaroni.

We are looking for a customer service/inside sales person for a full time position in our corporate office in R.I.D.C Park in O’Hara Township.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Order processing

• Data Entry/Maintenance of items and pricing

• Renew Marketing programs and process credits

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and issues

• Support of our outside sales personnel

• Cross train in customer service to provide backup support

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Take initiative to follow-up and resolve outstanding issues

• Strong attention to details

• Strong work ethic and team player mentality

• Computer skills – proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and salespeople

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hours are 8:30-5:00 M-F with a ½ hour lunch

Job Type: Full-time
