Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Assist customers in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
