As an Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities :

Day to Day :

Identify potential buyers within national / international context

Manage the daily operations of the online portal

Focus on data management, analytics, and resale statistics to maximize equipment sales potential

Proactively manage the inventory levels across the region for both size and aging

Determine and negotiate terms and conditions with lessee in case of extensions

Arrange and negotiate contracts for resale or refinance

Arrange for the timely collection of restocking fees, excess usage, and damages to DLL’s equipment

Execute appropriate documentation, invoicing, and administration

Determine, negotiate, and organize logistics to ensure cost efficient and effective delivery of remarketed assets

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (Recommended experience includes 2 years of Sales Assistance)
• Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA / BS degree in business, communications, or a related field
• Asset sales, equipment leasing, and remarketing experience
• Great communication skills; experience communicating with dealers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
