Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree
• 2 years experience in an inside sales role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce

Additional Skills:

• Previous sales experience in the finance or mortgage industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and opportunities for business expansion.
• Utilize various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking to initiate and maintain contact with potential clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products/services to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
• Continuously analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
• Drive towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently.
