Your Role:

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team here in NYC. You are someone who is ready for a challenge, who is intrigued and excited by an opportunity to work on a globally recognized brand that has been investing in reinventing itself to be modern, typical and super relevant.

We are in need of someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team, and to support the larger team in creating revolutionary creative work.

What You’ll Do…

• Help support the brand and clients across multiple integrated touch points, as they look to continue to push the boundaries of creative deliverables
• Heavy involvement in a variety of work streams focusing on TV, experiential, print/OOH, digital and social
• Work closely with the Business Leadership team to ensure the core strategy is integrated across the work, and that we are pushing great creative output
• Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines, business areas and regions throughout the organization, as well as agency counterparts on the Creative, Strategy and Production teams
• Work across the network of partner agencies, leveraging a variety of expertise in support of the client
• Serve as an expert of the business in order to support the team and help the day-to-day business run smoothly

What You Bring …

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in advertising or related disciplines
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking – ability to onboard and comprehend information in context and appropriately apply it to move things forward

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $160,000 USD. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Location

McCann New York team members must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York Tristate area unless otherwise agreed upon by their manager and McCann New York’s Human Resources team. McCann New York is a hybrid workplace with three days in office a week.
