- Develop BDC Reps communication with our customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through effective customer relationship management

- Collaborate with other department managers to help grow the dealership performance
- Advocate for customers and department
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
