Hickory Recovery is Hiring a Regional Director of Business Development Near Indianapolis, IN

Regional Director of Business Development - Cincinnati, Ohio
Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Outreach Coordinator travels within the designated territory, develops strategic partnerships with referral partners and industry professionals, and works indirectly with the Director of Admissions and call center representatives. 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred with 3 years sales or customer service experience
  • Previous work experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse
  • Must reside in the assigned territory to ensure productivity and easier access to referral partners 
  • Possesses strong presentation skills, business acumen, problem solving ability, excellent time management skills, and is client/customer service focused
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel daily; some overnight stays may be required
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Maintains adherence to HIPAA compliance in ALL communication regarding clients in treatment.
  2. Develops marketing campaigns and strategies for all services offered at Hickory Recovery Network
  3. Aids in the creation of brochures, print material, and other marketing collateral
  4. Assists with social media and website content and revisions
  5. Schedules and conducts tours with referral personnel, community partners, and industry professionals
  6. Updates CRM daily with events, contacts, and follow-up tasks
  7. Researches, schedules, and attends appropriate industry-related conference, events, networking affairs, and other community functions
  8. Professional appearance, both in-person and via telephone
  9. Organizes and executes meetings and presentations with industry influencers, connectors, and referral sources
  10. Makes cold and warm calls and visits to organizations, including but not limited to: hospitals, detox facilities, private practices, sober living homes, jails, probation departments, MAT clinics and DCS organizations
  11. Collaborates with the call center, admissions, and intake teams to ensure proper inquiry follow-up
  12. Tracks conversion rates and adjusts marketing strategy accordingly
PREEMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check
  • Successfully complete a drug screening
