We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the HR function within our organization. This is a key leadership position that requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Assist the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees when needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on employee relations issues
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment
-Manage and maintain all compliance
-Maintain records for FMLA, Disability, Paid Family leave and Workers Compensation.
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources including compliance, legal and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of performance management principles and practices
- Experience with expansion into multi-state and working knowledge of Human Resources outside of New York State (PA, CT, OH, Mass, etc)
