DUTIES DESCRIPTION:
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is recruiting to fill a Program Aide, G-13 in the Office of Financial Management, Community Budget and Financial Management (CBFM) Group, Contract and Claims Unit. This position performs mission critical, revenue generating and health and safety activities and ensures timely review and processing of more than 500 direct contracts funded by OMH's Aid to Localities budget including Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) contracts for grants supporting residential programs.
Specific duties to be performed may include, but are not limited to, the following:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a high school or high school equivalency diploma; and three years of experience performing clerical, keyboarding, or paraprofessional work in an office environment.
