Job Description:
The Office of Mental Health (OMH) is recruiting to fill a Program Aide, Grade 13, position in the Administrative Support Services Group. The Program Aide works with the Capital Project Management System in analyzing financial data relative to bondable determinations. OMH Capital expenditures total well over $750 Million each year and each expenditure needs to be charged to the appropriate project and reviewed to be sure it meets all criteria to be bonded. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide assistance to Project Coordinators with project management updates, status reports and bondable payment processing.
- Run expenditure reports from State Financial System (SFS) and ASSG’s Project Management System (PMS).
- Compile bondable payment expenditure spreadsheets using information from SFS, Filenet, and PMS.
- Assist in processing the Capital Review reports including updates to expenditures.
- Prepare reports and updates relative to existing projects in SFS.
- Serve as backup to support the Administrative Support Services Group.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school or high school equivalency diploma AND three years of experience performing clerical, keyboarding, or paraprofessional work in an office environment.
