A prestigious Asset Manager on Midtown, NY, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for the semi-monthly payroll for all employees and partners through ADP and Workday. Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist:

• Process semi-monthly, monthly and ad-hoc payrolls for domestic and international entities.
• Process payroll related maintenance including, but not limited to, new hires, terminations, employee status, tax and deduction changes, wage garnishments, etc.
• Coordinate, process and audit payroll reports, reconciliations and tax notices.
• Work closely with Management Company Accounting to process all funding related to payroll.
• Manage the administration of time sheets for non-exempt staff. Process quarterly multi-jurisdiction payrolls for business travel.
• Process all special compensation and bonus payments with the highest standard of accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality.

Requirements for Payroll Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferred industry- financial services
• Prior experience with payroll in a 500 employee company
• Workday knowledge is must

Benefits:

• Hourly: $40- 50 per hour, Annualized Equivalent $85,000 - 110,000
• Discretionary Bonus
