JOB SUMMARY
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end client payroll processing. This includes processing, reviewing and approving the process.
Responsibilities
Meticulously follow individual clients' processing procedures
Process payrolls for clients in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor the data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify and research any and all discrepancies and time sheet errors
Respond to client inquiries by preparing reports and other information related to payroll
Identify and recommend internal processing improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications
Applicant will have a minimum of 3 years prior experience overseeing the payroll processing.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
ADP / Thomson experience preferred
