ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate processing and recording of the weekly company payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, and participate in daily data entry for the payroll function. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offer career development opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Analyzes, prepares, and inputs payroll data via the Ceridian Dayforce HCM systemReconcile payroll and validate final reportsTroubleshoot and resolve payroll related errorsWeekly Tip Reconciliation Work directly with Managers in Operations to ensure accurate and timely timesheet completionPrepare Ad Hoc, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Year End reports (gross payroll, hours worked, PTO, Union deductions, benefit deductions etc.) for managementMaintains current knowledge and ensures compliance of applicable state and federal wage and hour lawsEnsures accurate and compliant garnishment deductions and benefit contributionsServe as a business partner and work closely with HR to provide support to our field teams QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years payroll experience Required Qualifications: Tipped payroll processing experienceUnion payroll experience preferredCanadian payroll experience preferredFPC/ CPP preferredWorking knowledge of payroll best practicesProficient in Excel, Word and OutlookStrong work ethic and committed team playerDecision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skillsOrganizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to maintain a confidential work environment Ability to communicate information to employees and managementDayForce knowledge preferred.Pay range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year. OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer.
